Why I Do This

I didn't get into mortgages to sell mortgages.

I got into this because the right loan at the right time changes someone's trajectory. I've watched it happen — a first-time investor who didn't think they qualified, a family that finally got into the right home, a builder who turned one deal into ten. Those moments are why I pick up the phone.

I chose to be a broker instead of working for a bank because I wanted to work for the client, not the institution.
